Infinity Bridge

The day begins on Europe’s longest high-wire bridge. The route stretches across the mountain with the valley far below.

This is the first test of the day and, given my aversion to heights, not much of a warm-up.

Climb the Mine

Next comes a journey into the mountainside and deep into the mine.

At least some of this part is underground. I am choosing to regard that as progress.

The Jump

The finale is a 30 metre controlled freefall.

This is the one I am dreading most. Deliberately stepping off a 30 metre platform is going to require considerably more enthusiasm than I currently possess.
